Unless there is real reason that this has to be on a 32 bit machine, I would consider upgrading to 64 bit. BMC recently published guidance that no 32 bit Agents/CMs will be supported in future releases so it would make sense to address this now (address this now ... haha ... see what I did there .... )
However there are options to upgrading, see this post -
Which Control-M version are you running ?
Which OS are you using ?
Are you trying to execute SSIS via Batch file using DTEXEC command ?
if you using Win OS and running DTEXEC via command then change Enviorment path to point to 32 bit SQL dts\bin folder and restart server
Are you using Control-M for Database type job?
for Control-M version 8 and 9.0.00 there is 32 bit installer available in the setup exe, you have to install 32 bit Control-M for database module if you using Control-M for database type job.
