    ticket hung-up sometimes when submit a new ticket or save after edit ticket

      Hello dears,

      i face an issue in FootPrints Service Core 11 ticket hung-up sometimes when submit a new ticket or save after edit ticket.

       

      this is happen not for all agents (random)  and for a random tickets.

      from the database server i can found that there is process SUSPENDED and its related to the same ticket that hung up.

       

      after some time 5 to 10 min the save/submit finished and the process gone and every thing work smoothly.

       

      even if i try to open the same ticket it will work normal .

      if any one face a similar issue like this kindly advice with the solution .
