      Hi Team,

       

      We are on BMC Remedy ARS9.1.04.002,ITSM Suite along with SRM,SLM,RSSO and DWP1802

      We are experiencing the below error.

      RE:ARERR 4270106 - Issue while updating the permission of Incident User.

      ----------

       

      The permission group you wish to add or modify has not been licensed. Please contact your system administrator to correct this problem. (ARERR 4270106)

       

      -----------------------

       

      Tried checking for this error and was able to find the below details.

      I have checked the mentioned workflows at our environment and they are as delivered and there is nothing changed.

       

      Appreciate the updates/response on this issue at your earliest availability.
