A quick way to fix this is to restore the DB (TrueSight SmartReporting Repository Database) backup or re-import of the VIEW, though do understand that sometimes these are not available!
Usually it isn't recommend modifying the report repository though if necessary you can try the following;
Make the view as 'OPEN' within the ReportView table.
Then mark all reports that have the same viewid in the ReportHeader table.
You should make a backup of the Repository DB before trying so.
