Can you use the existing agent list[s] (just add/remove nodes of interest?
That is the easiest course of action, and the same ETLs will be used (no need to do anything).
Also please make sure that you apply the latest CHFs on the GWS since there have been some changes made in that area.
In addition, there is a service pack for 11.5 that is going to be released shortly that will have significant improvements in the use case you are describing (in addition it will pick up all the CHFs currently in 11.5.
Thanks for the information, I've been working on TSCO since November last year and the previous Admins used the "discover from network" to build their policy files, also folders from previous BCO versions going back to 9.5 are still on the Gateway Server which I believe may still have links that the current version is using? Looking at the best practices I can see that a clean reinstall is not recommended. However, I'd still like to clean up the current runs and policy files, and switch to Agent List's because reading the documentation it seems to provides better control over adding and replacing nodes.

No problem, going to the agent list is a best practice.
You can move the agents, stop the old manager runs and start a new ones via the agent list.
The old vis ETL will fail, since they will not see the manager runs running, and you can remove them, after a successful AutoETL runs.
Many thanks, this information has been very helpful....
