Go to Administration, Incoming Email (System) then click the Out of Office tab, you should turn that functionality on there. It works 99% of the time, randomly every now and then, it will let one slide through but that is very very rare for us.
We have it set for "Screen all email for Out of Office Filters"
I ended up adding some filtered words in the "Specified Words Appear in Subject Field" to see if that helps.
The auto replys that came through all had "Auto-Reply" in the subject.
So basically the Screen all email for out of office filters didn't work for this case.
Good practice to avoid loops is to do the following:
1) In Incoming Email (System), apply the following OOO filters (assumes you are using Microsoft Exchange/O365):
Out of Office
RE: Survey Received
New Time Proposed:
Meeting Forward Notification:
2) In Notifications (System), make sure you configure 'No Send' to each address you configured in Incoming Email (System).
