DW Advanced + DW Catalog - PKIX path building failed

      I have the following situation:

In my environment, we have the Digital Workplace Advanced and Digital Workplace Catalog running on machines separately. After changing to use SSL using the official BMC procedure to configure, when I access the DWA "Enhanced Catalog" session, I enter the information and click the "Save" button, I get the following message:

PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

Early on, I found a similar case here in the community (https://communities.bmc.com/docs/DOC-117011#comment-148158), I followed the same steps, however, the problem persisted.

I used SSLPoke to test connection and successfully connected.

I downloaded the DWC certificate again and compared the certificate added to cacerts on the DWA server, it is exactly the same and within the expiration date.

I checked all the DWC configuration files, such as cacerts (truststore) o jks (keystore), jetty-http.xml, set_script_variables.sh, setenv.sh and arserverd.conf

I've done telnet testing of the DWC for the DWA and DWA for the DWC, everyone connected successfully.

I did not find anything relevant in the logs.

      Anyone have any ideas?
