I would like to know if an event/alert can be sync to a ticketing system like SAP Solution Manager.
I know it's feasible with HR service Desk and Service now, a bi-directional sync can be done but today we are using SAP solution manager, hence my question if an event to ticket sync exists for Solman,

not that I know of, but you could trigger an action via a rule in event management that executes a script that will create a ticket in 3rd party system if needed. on the other hand if SOLMAN can also trigger actions you could then run msend or a webservice call to update the event with a ticket number or similar information. but you would need to take care to make sure you know which event did create which ticket
