1. Re: TSIM to TSIM Integratopo

Hi Rukimini, are you talking about clustering TSIMs for high availability purposes? I am not sure what you mean by integrating two TSIMs, each TSIM should handle it's own load and its own connections to external integrations. Please clarify the request a bit and we will do what we can to address it. Alternatively, you can open a case with Support for further review.

Rukmini Narayanan Jul 22, 2019 12:16 PM (in response to Rukmini Narayanan)Hi Betty,
Thanks for your response. We are trying to create an integration between TSIMs to share Event Data. The central TSIM that receives events from the lower level TSIMs will be integrated to systems like ITSM or CMDB. The intention is to have a central TSIM that hosts external integrations.
Is this a supported architecture?

3. Re: TSIM to TSIM Integratopo
Nischitha Markand Rao Jul 23, 2019 3:11 PM (in response to Rukmini Narayanan)You can try below options.
1. Configure one TSIM server and two or three Integration Servers as per the requirement. Now integrate all Third party sources with these integration server cells and propagate refined events from Integration server cells to Central TSIM server cell using propagation policy. Now this TSIM can be integrated with ITSM/CMDB.
2. Suppose if you already have more than one TSIM servers configured in your environment and if you want to see events coming to multiple TSIM servers in a one consolidated view, then install one more TSIM server propagate events from lower cells to the central cell using propagation policy. Make sure the central TSIM server has enough resources to handle the load and performance tuning is done as per the size of your environment.
Thanks,
Nischitha
