Have you disabled TLS 1.0 on the database server by any chance? Can you check the Track-It-TIServiceManagement.log file and see if you see any errors.
Hey Brian, thanks for the suggestions, the answer is no to both. Now remember this is happening after a migration, Track It components moved to Server 2016, standalone DB server did not change. Everything else is working fine, can it be some weird authentication issue? The no errors thing is really confusing me.
There must be something logged in the Track-It-TIServiceManagement.log. Can you attach it here?
Or you must have exceeded your Audit license count. Sometimes Track-It! consumes more audit licenses than you own. We can fix this if you contact support, we have some SQL queries to fix the Audit count.
