Do you see any error in arcarte.log file present in <ARInstallationDirectory>/ARSystem/Arserver/DB folder ?
You can also check for any error related to Pentaho in arjavaplugin.log file while AI job is executing.
You can cross check if udm is configured correctly.
It could be a permissions issue. Remember that Spoon is a local application, run by the user who opens the session and later on, open spoon.
If you run the job in the carte server the process will run under the System user, most probably, or the user who`s configured to run the ARSystem (Since the carte server is a child of ARS).
In my Case Spoon Installed on local system I need a text output file in one transformation to create on the ARSystem which is linux or windows shared server
Mount folder of windows shared added in the AR system and provided all information.
Which Parameters I suppose to use to get it successful from AR Console? .
Note: There is no issue in Spoon the output is creating from the tool.
Could you please suggest me any advice.
In that case you need to check and set up UDM in your environment. Refer Unified Data Management (UDM) checks - Documentation for Remedy Deployment 8.1 - BMC Documentation
& when you say your AI jobs are failing, then are you able to see any error ? Check arcarte.log/arerror.log or arjavaplugin.log files for any errors.

IF the job works from spoon remembers that Spoon makes reference to the local filesystem. When you run the job in AI console, it will run in the Remedy server and will reference the file in there.
Normally what you would do is edit the job in spoon, change the file reference as if you were to run the job in Remedy Server, save, and then run the job from the AI console.
Mr. del Gerbo is correct! Spoon is a local client that includes methods that are localized. If it runs in Spoon then it will run in AI job "once" AND ONLY once you've validated your configuration will work. for AI that's the Centralized Configuration of AR Server and the CDM:Config
