You can create relationship between two CIs, that get auto captured in relationship tab for both CI's.
Or you can create two relationships.
i.e 'A' CI, go to relationship tab create relationship with 'B' Ci
Go to 'B' Ci and create relation with 'A' CI.
I have already tried this option to go to B CI and when I search for A it is not getting displayed as it already holds the relationship.
Means only one time I am able to view it let it be from A or B CI.
How to sort this issue?
When you create relationship between two CIs, that get auto captured in relationship tab for both CI's.
Might be because of that, when you search for A it is not getting displayed.

Remedyforce doesn't support a bi-directional relationship. The Remedyforce CMDB is based upon Atrium, a mature solution, which doesn’t support this either.
Please vote for the idea RemedyForce: Bi-directional relationship between Configuration Items which is mentioned by John Fulton
