    Smart-IT - Update Assignment - Why the Names are doubled?

      in Smart-IT Helix, for a ticket, for example Incident, WO, etc.

      One of my colleague want to update the Assignee, but he always see the name of assingees in this support group doubled.


      I tried by me, but by me is every thing ok, i am in another support group, for me the use will not be shown doubled.


      In Remedy, those Users are not double created.


      Do you know what is wrong? Thank you!
