I would suggest opening a ticket with BMC, they will be in contact with micorfocus, if you get any advice on this please update the thread here

Support provided a patch (created by Microfocus) for Silk Performer. The patch is not yet official, but Microfocus is working on it. Also, the pre-requisite for this patch is SP Hotfix 4, which is also provided by BMC Support. So, the best thing to do if anybody is getting this error would be to contact support.
However, heard this will be covered in SP Hotfix 5. Means, if SP Hotfix 5 is released by the time you notice this error in your envnironment, the solution could be installing SP HF5 at that time
