I think you are missing the configuration of tag types for your Business Services domains (item #5 in the list below) which is mandatory to be able to display them in the Business Service view. Please ensure you went thru all the prerequisites as per product documentation:
Ensure that the administrator has completed the following tasks:
- Installed the Business Services view.
- Granted you access to the view.
- Imported the business service and application data for your multi-cloud infrastructure.
- Created the service pools.
- Configured the tag type for the business service category.
