    Sandbox not sending email alerts

      I am having a business unit perform some new integration testing.  The test requires that they receive an email alert for actions taken on incidents.


      In the sandbox, I have not been able to get the email alerts to work.  Can anyone help out?


      I have:

      - run the Test Deliverability and it successfully sent me 16 emails

      - Changed the email address for the user (although it does not send the verification email to the user so it is not changing the email address)

      - Added a new email alert with hard coded email address in additional emails section

      - made rule to update field when it sends email so I can verify rule ran.


      Still no emails are sent or at least delivered.
