    Default Incident Source - Remedyforce Console - Self service

      Hi All,


      When we submit a ticket from self service portal, the Incident source updates default to Self Service. Even if we set some other values from picklist to default, the field value updated to Self Service after submission. Is there any way we can stop that? I want to show some other value or no value in Incident Source picklist when submitting from Portal.
