      Our HR department is interested in using our Remedyforce ITSM solution. Currently, we have it configured for the IT Service Desk. HR would like us to ensure that the Service Desk technicians don't have access to the incidents submitted for HR since the incidents may contain personal information (not PCI). We will use a separate email address for the HR incidents, so that we can create incidents for HR. How do we keep the data segregated? Do we use data segregation? That doesn't seem correct. Could multi-tenancy work? We're not looking for something complicated, just a way to separate HR incidents from IT incidents.
