Could be a problem with the TrackItBR website in IIS. Is it missing or created correctly in the IIS Manager?
Ahhhhhh... Looking in IIS Manager, I can see that I (in all my infinite wisdom) actually set up the main site to be called TrackIt2019 and therefore the BR website is called TrackIt2019BR.
So the system is looking for TrackItBR/Logout.aspx, I need it to look at Trackit2019BR/Logout.aspx instead.
Sounds WAY hard. I'm hoping it's not.

That BR site should have been renamed automatically when you changed the name of the server during installation. You may need to contact support by phone for help fixing that.

We were able to fix this. I will be logging a low priority defect to fix it in the next version of Track-It!.
Appreciate the heck out of you guys. Thanks!
I was trying to replicate this issue in-house however I could not do so. How did your BR website get renamed to TrackIt2019BR? Did you manually rename this Website? Even if you install under a custom website "TrackIt2019", the underneath sites retain the default site names in IIS.
I was wondering how the BR site got named to "TrackIt2019BR" instead of "TrackItBR"
Brian, I had to reinstall Track-It 2019 from scratch, and so this is obviously now happening again. I do recall that what you did was a simple edit to a config file, would you mind just giving me a quick rundown on what/where that was?
If anyone logs out of the Track-It! 2019 web client, they get the below error message
Server Error in '/' Application.
