Since it is a SaaS solution I would think the only way we could possibly get some sort of visibility would be through synthetic transactions. Not familiar enough with it to know if it would require Silk Performer or Silk Test.
Customer complains that Microsoft CRM Dynamics (SaaS), is Performing really bad, that they are even considering the option to move it On-Premise.
If they move it On-Premise, Is there any experience monitoring Microsoft CRM Dynamics?

Thanks for additional info. I haven’t heard of anyone attempting to configure some sort of monitoring for it but on premise opens up a lot of options. Monitoring Studio, Logs, Windows Events, processes, services, synthetic transactions, DB, possibly App Vis depending on platform, etc…
Yes! As Thad mentioned, if it is on premise you can cover the monitoring with Monitoring Studio KM. Should be much easier with Monitoring Studio X.
