    Is there a way to automatically send a notification to the CC?

      Hi there!

      i might just be missing this, but how can i make is so a business rule that automatically notifies the CC:?  I see that i can reference the Ticket - Email Cc: Variable but i'm not getting where to set them as the "To" in a field.   Can i just cut and paste the {Ticket -  Email Cc} in the "To" line?
