    Can I apply at ticket template from incoming email?

      Hi there!

      i know i can apply actions to an incoming email.  i'm curious if i can accept an incoming email, and then have it apply a ticket template that already has assignments with it.  The use case is for a New Hire - there are several different groups involved and my customer does not want to wait for staff to have to apply a template for a new hire request that was received via email.
