For this error we need to find out the root cause.
The logs will be under AtriumCore/Logs/...
It´s atriumplugin_svr.log and successive numbers.
I just had this error when setting up a new environment. When I imported the licenses for ITSM apps, the .lic file was missing the BMC:Atrium CMDB Application. Adding that license manually solved the problem for me.
