BMC offers the BMC Discovery Extended Data Pack (EDP) which contains information about EOL, EOS and EOES data about hardware and software. You can find more information here: BMC Discovery Extended Data Pack 2019-April-1 - Configipedia - BMC Documentation
Technically spoken the EDP consists of several patterns. The core it is a huge lookup table containing all the information. Everytime an SI or Host is created/confirmed, the EOL information is updated using the table.
Thank you Danny!
It's worth noting that the EOL/EOS data in the EDP is useful but includes both known values and versions of some software for which there is no known value.
Where the value is unknown in the EPD but the information is available elsewhere, it may be possible to request BMC update the EPD in a future release.
do you know if someone tried to populate the support Detail info into the CMDB (maybe using an "Augment" additional module)?

I think we discussed it but have not yet gone further, because the people who wanted to know were satisfied with a report out of Discovery for now.
You would have to create some custom attributes on a CMDB class and then a custom sync mapping from Discovery
