    How to Clear or Recall Approval Request for Cancelled Tickets

      Hi, i have a concern wherein a cancelled ticket (requests) remains to be in the approval list of a manager, then once that manager approves the same cancelled ticket, goes back to Assigned Status.


      what would be the best approach with this.
