      Hi All,   

       

      We are trying to do some customization on BMC Helix as a PoV for a potential customer, any idea for following topics?

       

      • The tool is capable to generate a detailed reports with the next information: the performance achieved by agent, IT areas, and business unit, as well as being able to send the results to a specific group of people? (Smart Reporting)
      • The tool provides a dashboard of the results obtained, by business unit, services, processes, etc.? (SRM and Smart Reporting)
      • It is possible to generate satisfaction surveys without relate it to a service request, and send it to a specific group of users, by service, by business unit, etc.? (SRM and Business Worflows)

          Hi Gustavo,

(SRM and Business Worflows)" - Business Workflows doesn't have it's own survey. This can be achieved via custom development - we've shown a PoC as part of a sales engagement last year.
