The server is installed in 1 primary system language for technicians. Self Service users can select a different language when connecting but the technician portal has 1 primary language which is selected at installation time.
So the concrete answer would be: it is not possible to change the language for technicians afterwards (?)
Cris Coffey - is multi language planned? We have multi language customers too.
Installing multiple language files and selecting the language in your own user profile would not be that difficult. It works for the SelfService Portal too.

Yes we have it on our roadmap, see the link below. We have some customers using Google translation tools in their browser to translate into languages we do not even officially support so this is also an option until we officially add support.
