      Hi, just wondering is anyone else is using FSL alongside Remedyforce and using assets on work orders from the CMDB?


      We are using FSL alongside Remedyforce to manage jobs where a field engineer is required to attend a side and carry out an installation or repair.  All of these assignments will have originated as an Incident or Service Request and the majority will be associated to an asset in the CMDB.


      We have pushed across the asset where we have it when created a work order but FSL wants to use the Salesforce inventory by default so I just wondered what approach anyone may have used to tackle this?
