    New CMDB UI

      HI Team,


      We upgraded from 9.1 Sp3 top 18.08


      And when i try to open the New CMDB UI from Atrium console i get following error



      I checked the jetty server and it seems to be working is there any other way by which i can verify if jetty server is working or not.


      I also verified the AR System Administration Console – System – General – Centralized Configuration – com.bmc.arsys.server.shared – shared and its correct.


      Everything that you need to know about accessing new CMDB UI i also verified this link but did not help.


      I checked the arajavaplugin .log and it does not information about the error.


      web.xml has the ExternalLaunchPointServlet entry. I have open the port in firewall as well.


      Please let me know if i miss anything.
