I'm trying to get around the inability to see Tickets and Assignments for others in a single Help Desk view, by creating a report. On the Report Wizard screen below, it seems like I can only make a single choice after initially choosing Tickets and Assignments as data sources when I created the report. Maybe I am misunderstanding the purpose of the screen. How is this supposed to work - can I choose both Tickets and Assignments? Thanks
