Forgot to mention this is a Track-it 11.4 installation that is crashing.
By any chance is Track-It! Web for Technicians already opened on the machines when Technician Client crashes upon startup? I believe that's something that I've seen before. The solution would be to not have both opened at the same time. Hope that helps!
I made sure the techs were not logged into the web client. It is happening on Win 7 and Win 10 using NT authentication. I've compared profiles of users that it works for and does not work for and they are identical so I'm thinking it is something local on the PC causing it.
I just had another technician that the client has been working on with no issues suddenly exhibiting this behavior. Track-it opens and then immediately closes.
