If you want to use ODBC, the only version of ODBC that ships with Remedy is 32 bit, so you won't be able to use it with 64 bit applications (such as Excel)....but you will need to know the Remedy server, user, and password. And if the server is not using Port Mapper, you will also need to know the port that Remedy is running on. So unfortunately, if you don't know this information, you'll need to ask your system administrators.
to check if using the port mapper, supply "0" as the port number.
