    2 records have been found for the Incident contact information

      I have two records which having first name and last name as same but email id and remedy login id as different.

      But when I try to submit a Service Request logged in as any of above user so that time  Service request submitted successfully but when I go  on SR:Request form and search that Service Request I found following:

       

      Inside the Processes& Questions Tab of that Particular Service Request see error regarding incident:

      When I check that Error It showing following:

      48255: "", "2 records have been found for the Incident contact information you have provided.  Please talk to your data administrator to make this data unique.";

       

       

      Events Parameters also have the value for Direct Contact Internet Email.

       

      Please Help me ASAP
