    Business Rules stuck on Pending Track-It! 2018

      Hi, I have a situation where Business Rules are stuck on Pending status. They all appear to be rule name "system event" and record type "mail listen" with action "create".

      I saw a post here from an earlier version that mentioned making sure that there was no business rule with a record ID of "0", and there is not.

       

      I would rather not simply blow these away, because they are supposed to be creating tickets from certain alert emails in the system based on a custom business rule, I am fairly certain. I also would like to determine why this is happening.

       

      Any help is appreciated, thanks!
