    Areas of Concern from [relatively new] Remedyforce Process/Practice Owners (Product "Clients")

      The following are the areas of concern that have been expressed by the owners of the processes/practices using Remedyforce (without prejudice/commentary)

      • The self-service interface is not modern compared to some other products - in particular, ServiceNow
      • There are not enough quality dashboards and reports out-of-the-box
