      Hi All

Currently working on a RMA process and keen to pick up other user ideas on how they are implementing RMA within Remedyforce

It will obviously depend on the specifics of your requirements, but we have a customer who is using incidents and tasks in the following way: a customer complaint is registered using an incident, and if a part needs to be replaced, a task with a "change part" record type is generated under that incident. The "change part" task has specific fields and lookup filters which allow documenting the part which should be replaced, as well as selecting a new part from inventory. When the task is updated, automation is responsible for changing the statuses of both parts, connecting the new part to an assembly or a client, etc

          Hope this makes sense.
