    User restrictions

      Is there any way to restrict users from opening high or medium priority tickets in AR Remedy Server?  I have 2 users that I regularly have to change their tickets from high to low priority.  Thank you.

          Moved to AR System queue.

           

          How are they entering their tickets? Are these end users or support users? is this a custom app or is it Service Desk or is it SRM/Digital workplace?

           

          You could hide those fields from the form; you could have workflow that doesn't allow those values for certain users; there are probably other ways as well. But need to understand a bit more about how they are entering tickets.
