    Password reset for imported users

      So I have imported about 1000 users who will be agents. During the import process I set all the passwords to the same thing.

       

      I have enabled password reset.

       

      How can the newly imported  user reset their password?

       

      When I try and do it I get a "Password Reset Error" I believe this is due to them not having the security questions filled out (for users who I have those entered it works fine).

       

      If I try and connect to the mywebsite/footprints/servicedesk/passwordreset/request/internal it just takes me to the footprints/servicedesk/login.html page.

       

      I dont want to send the default passwords via email.

       

      Is there a best practice for doing the mass import and enabling the user to reset their password?
