I have encountered the same issue, the data collection for performance data stops on the TrueSight Report Engine
Could you help me with a possible solution, if you found it ?
We discovered that some default re-indexing jobs implemented by our DBAs were interfering with the TSSR Database. This caused the data collection to be stopped. We have now excluded the TSSR databases from this re-indexing jobs. Now it works fine. I recommend you check your database for such jobs. If there are no such jobs, then you should probably open a support case with BMC Support.
