    forwarding ticket updates via email

      We have a 3rd party support queue that wants an email notification when one of their tickets is updated in Remedyforce. If that update includes an attachment or screenshot, they want the attachment as part of the communication - does anyone have any ideas on how to accomplish this, if it's even possible?
