Looks like you may have an issue with outbound email configuration. Check out support.trackit.com for options to contact support and get a ticket started to get some help with this.
I did contact support this morning. I had the SSL option wrong. It should be just SSL not SSL/TLS. I got the SSL/TLS information from a Microsoft website. In doing my test I did get some blank emails from my notifications, so I am looking at that now.
