    Configuration option missing on Technician accounts

      Hello,

       

      Possibly a real dumb move on my part, but I needed to remove the license from the default administrator account to assign to my 2 technician accounts.  I added both technician accounts to the system administration group.  Now when I log in as my technician account, I have no option for Configuration.  I am signing into the System Administration group.  And since I removed the license from the default admin account I am not able to login using that account now either.  Thoughts?
