Technically yes if your bundle is a coded one.
There are examples where you have for example a picture so I guess you could use a file as well.
For example in my sample project I have put a picture in a "/webapp/resources/images/" folder to reference it later in a scss:
I guess the other solution would be to store it as an attachment in a record definition.
It could have an attachment, then add record instances.
Be sure to check, in the record definition, "Should Export Data" so when you export your application the record instances from the record definition would be exported as well.
Then when you import the bundle the record instances would be imported as well.
