    Objects visible in Console unique to Request Detail

      I was wondering if there was a way or documentation on how we would go about populating certain fields for certain service requests? IE: end user puts in a request for a cell phone, i would like a telephone number field to be visible that a technician can input the number we provided them. I wouldn't want this field to be visible on all Request Definitions, only the ones for Cell Phone.
