    Creating Business Rule to create Assignment Track-It! 2018

      I'm trying to create a business rule that creates assignments when a ticket is created.

       

      1. When ticket is created with a specific Category.

      3. What do I put here? I tried {ActionResult,1} as in the next screenshot.

      The rule Fails in the BR Event Viewer. In the logs, I get the error referred to in this Service Desk article, but none of the solutions seems to apply. Help!!! :-)
