The approval interface in Self Service 3.0 is for client approvers. They will see records that they have access to. If a user has View All or Modify All permissions, they will see all records. Admins fall into this bucket. They should be using the Console, rather than Self Service, to approve.
Thanks! I know I can use the console. But, I'm not only an administrator. I am also an approver. When I am approving things, I would like it if I didn't have to wade through everyone else's approvals.
Thanks again for your help!
In my organization, I have two seperated accounts, one is administrator and the other one is a staff account.
I login the admin account only if I'm working on admin works (e.g. modifying SFDC & RF setting).
In this case, I'm able to see less when I am working with the staff account. I can also pass the admin account to someone else if I do not need to maintain SFDC .& RF anymore, while maintaining my staff account.
