    IS connected to PS but showing loopback IP and unable to connect PAs to it

      Hello all!

       

      ( working on a test environment )

       

      Any one could help me knowing what could be the issue with the Integration service, as I can see its connected to PS but its showing loopback IP (0.0.0.0) also I cannot see Installed PAs connecting to the same or any other IS which is installed in the test environment

      PS: the M0554 IS server also has PA installed on same machine

       

      to give you more insight the server M0554 on which IS is running also has PATROL agent (as mentioned above) and BMC Client management agent up and running, please let me know if that can be a reason for this
