it is not a common issue for control-m environment, unless during some customer support procedure someone may have changed the diagnostic level for Control-M processes causing all this burden.
You may be able to validate it by issuing the following command :
prf 1 1
Please observe if at the DIAG_LEVEL collumn values are 0.
If not, try to verify the reason and fix it.
