    Email replies to closed work orders not alerting technician

      Hello, We are running into an issue with Track-It! 11.4.1.558 with email replies to closed work orders not always notifying the assigned technician that a change has been made.

       

      This is our standard  and the mjaority of noticiations are working without issue.

       

      However, it appears that replies to long-closed tickets do not generate the email notification. The work order does show in the technician’s open work queue.

       

      Any thoughts?
