    Work Log Entries made in ITSM are not visible in Smart IT

      Hi guys,

       

      we are facing the following issue currently.

      Work Log Entries made in ITSM are not visible in Smart IT.
      All Entries that are created in any Incident on SMART IT side, are visible in ITSM. It doesn't matter if the entries are public or internal in both ways.
      Problem occured yesterday for the first time after a maintenance for windows u.pdates. All updates are uninstalled already and server was
      rebooted once again. No success. Anybody seen this behaviour before?

      AR System 9.1.04
      ITSM 9.1.04
      Remedy with Smart IT 2.0.00.001
      MSSQL Server 2017
      Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard
